 Fairview Staff <- | Action Motor Sports was founded in 1999 by Dennis Giusto. After 20 years of owning and operating a garbage company with his brothers, he decided to turn his love for motor sports into a new business. Eight years later, Action Motor Sports has two locations, in Fairview and Gresham, and an entire team of staff that love what they do as much as Dennis does. In fact, Dennis is so passionate about what he does, that most of our employees are family and friends. You can really feel the family atmosphere when you walk in the door, and we feel good about treating each customer as if they were a “friend of the family.”
Action Motor Sports strives to provide the absolute best customer service. We offer a wide range of equipment and accessories, gear, casual and riding apparel, and the service our customers deserve in a fun environment that makes the shopping experience enjoyable.

Dennis Giusto is the Owner of Action Motor Sports. He finds this industry so enjoyable because you get to see people enjoy what they have bought. You can help families create life long memories, just as he did as a kid on motorcycles with his brothers, and ATVs with his own children on camping trips.
He has always been an enthusiastic business man, and always looking towards the future.
He believes in giving opportunities to his family and friends. Many of his family members and friends work at his company. He believes that to have a successful business you have to be a good employer first.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with him family, at his cabin in the fresh air of Central Oregon His favorite toy is his Yamaha Rhino with all the frills! He has enjoyed watching his grandchild learn to ride motorcycles and embracing the challenge. |
Darin Simonis is the General Manager at our Fairview location. Before Action Motor Sports he was in the garbage business, hanging off the back of a garbage truck and running from can to can dumping customers’ trash, eventually working his way up Operations Manager.
Working for Action Motor Sports has given him the opportunity to continue what he love the most, working with people. Here we get to work with customers that are coming into our store to purchase fun. How great is that for a career?! Then, there are all of his fellow employees that are here, not just to earn a living, but because they have a passion for motorsports too. No one could ask for a better place to be.
In his spare time, Darin and his wife of 24 years, Cheryl enjoy riding quads and personal watercraft with their two beautiful daughters, Jessica (18), and Jayme (14), and if they get a minute alone, love to take rides to the coast on their Yamaha Roadstar. |
Nick Giusto is the General Manager of our Gresham location. Before Action Motor Sports he was a student at Gresham High School (GO GOPHERS!!!). He started at the cashier position then worked his way into the Sales and Parts department before being promoted to GM, so Nick has all the experience in all of our departments to help you with your powersports needs.
Nick really loves this job, and it easy to see. As he always says, "I get to work with motorcycles, ATVs, Watercraft, and Snowmobiles and get paid for it. Need I say more?"
In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and trying to ride as much as possible.
