Josh got me set up for service and the quad in and out weel before I expected.Ty and Andrew are always helpful above and beyond where they need to be (even with a customer as needy as me). Kaitlyn is always very friendly and patient with me. Your Fairview branch is top notch as well, even though we did not buy our Wolverine from you, Brian was and is, always quick to say hello and very helpful when we come in.

"Sunday of Labor Day weekend we were on our way home from a trip to the coast and our rear tire was not holding up well. We had some serious wear on the tire and were very worried about being able to make it home. No sooner did we roll into the parking lot and the door was opened to service and our bike was brought in. Not only were you open on the Sunday of a holiday weekend but you had a tire in stock and someone there to mount it. I cannot say enough about your entire service dept. and Clinton especially who worked hard to get that tire mounted and balanced and back on the bike. Not only was your service great but it was very quick and the price VERY reasonable. We cannot thank you enough for all you did to ensure that we made it home safely. We may live 200 miles away but your store is our downtown Yamaha dealer and we will be back when we are ready to purchase our new one!

"I've purchased a lot of new vehicles including at last count 10 motorcycles. The purchase I made at Action Motor Sports was unlike any I have ever encountered. The entire team, starting with Brett Phearson, were superb. The parts department were very friendly and went out of their way to find the accessories I desired. I reside in Spokane, WA, approximately 350 miles away and the effort Brett took to make sure the bike was ready to go when I returned the following week was above and beyond what one could expect. Brittney in Finance was also very friendly, patient, and willing to explain everything to the fullest extent. I had no direct contact with the Service Department but they did a great job on the PDI and getting the bike ready for me to just show up and ride away.
My salesman, Brett, was the best I have ever encountered. He was friendly, interested, LISTENED TO ME, and made me what I felt was a reasonable deal on the C50T that I purchased. We felt like old friends when I left (I'm 62)and even asked that I call him the next day to let him know how the 350 mile ride home went, which I did.
The overall buying experience from Action Motor Sports was 100% satisfactory. There's nothing more I could have hoped for. Thank you Brett, and all the staff at Action.

"I just wanted to take a few minutes and let anyone in the Portland Metro Area that the Fairview Action Motorsports team is not only exceptional, but awesome. I have bought two motorcycles from them in the past month, not intentionally but due to an unfortunate hit and run while my Motorcycle was parked at work, it became necessary. The staff at the Fairview store made both experiences easy. To name a few people that were key to the entire experience, Brett, AJ, and Rick all were very helpful, and sympathetic for my loss and enthusiastic for the new purchase. Honestly though, there were too many people to list, the entore staff should be commended for there service. I know that part of it is because you don't have one person buy two high end bikes usually within a month of each other but they all were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty and sales to get the job done quickly. My hat is off to all of you and I hope you are ready, as I will be telling all my friends about your store and the deal that I got there. I might also mention that these folks are fair people to deal with and there pricing reflects this. You wont have anyone quoting one thing then when the time comes to buy find out it will be a few thousand more like you would at the largest dealer in the area. I can personally garauntee that you will have a pleasant experience and they will make it worth the drive.

"I stopped in the Fairview store to look at used bikes and walked out with a new Kawasaki LT 900 classic. The bike has been absolutely fantastic! Lane, the salesman, was great. He seemed down to earth and there was no pressure. I did have a problem with the ECU on the bike but the service department was very responsive and had a new ECU ordered from Kawasaki and installed in no time. I will be looking for a another bike in the near future and intend to buy from the Fariview store. Keep up the good work!"

"I was passing thru the area a week ago on an Iron Butt run and needed a rear tire changed on my GL1800 GoldWing. Called all the Honda shops in the area as well as a Wing only shop. No one could help. Called APS in Fairview and Mark said "no problem, bring it in". They were on it as soon as I unloaded it. Also needed a face shield for a Sy-Max. He didn't have one but took one off a new helmet. Now they didn't have to do any of this since it's doubtful I will be a repeat customer and could have gouged me. Only $22 to change the tire and $25 for the shield. Above and beyond. Got to believe they treat the locals just as well.
Thanks again guys, your competitors could take a lesson from you.

When I went in for service, during my wait a young lady, Dana was very friendly and at the same time,professional both in manner and and appearance. I had contacted "Aaron" in the parts department and he too was very helpful in determining which parts where best for the bike. (Some, which were NOT the most expensive). "Brett Phearson was our sales person. He did an outstanding job of helping us make the right choices for my 12 year old son and myself. He was up on all the specs and asked all the right questions to help us make a more informed choice as to what bike we would be more comfortable with. He was fast and friendly, collected all the information and got us approved in about 10 minutes, had the bikes prepped and ready to rock and roll. He went out of his way to make sure all the little details were understood by both of us before we took off. If only buying a car was as enjoyable as our experience with Brett when we bought 2 bikes and the trailer then we would be car poor. My oldest son is now wanting a 4 stroke so we'll be back soon to probably pick him up a TT-R230 too. We give Brett an atta-boy BIG TIME, he's a great salesperson ang a fantastic young man.
